ReverseQRCode.com is a platform provided by Easy Advisors and Consultants SRL, a Romanian company with registration number 43325316 that allows users to quickly send data (text and links) from one computer to another. We offer both a free tier and paid subscription plans with additional features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using ReverseQRCode.com, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You can create an account using Google authentication. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. Free-tier users are subject to limitations, such as the number of transfers allowed. These limitations are clearly displayed on the platform.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Data sent through our platform is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 12 hours. We are not responsible for any loss of data after the 12-hour period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for paid subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase for any reason. This refund policy does not apply to subscription renewals. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ReverseQRCode.com for:

• Illegal activities or purposes.
• Sharing malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReverseQRCode.com is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
